Today is our 12th Anniversary.
Matt's working. I'm cleaning the house. For all intents and purposes it has the trappings of a normal day.
But it's holy. Our relationship is the best evidence yet I have of redemption.
Here's a playlist I made for Matt in honor of the occasion. I picked songs we were listening to in a particular year or songs that make me think of us and what we were going through during that year.
He came home from lunch and listened to a few songs and said "If I listen to this whole thing I won't be able to go back to work." That probably has something to do with the tracks around the year 2010. :)
We're going to dinner tonight at The Chestnut Street Inn and I am so looking forward to it...
